1. Terms of Use
General
This website, https://www.olivegreenplomari.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), was established and is owned by the company operating under the trade name “Olive Green Apartments,” with its registered office in Ammoudeli, Lesbos, Postal Code 81200 (hereinafter referred to as the “Owner” for brevity).
The visitor’s/user’s use of the Website’s web pages and services implies their unconditional agreement to these Terms of Use, which apply to all content, pages, graphics, images, photographs, and files included on the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Use” for brevity). Consequently, visitors/users must carefully read the Terms of Use before using the Website’s services, and if they do not agree, they must refrain from using the Website’s services and content.
The owner reserves the right to unilaterally amend the Terms of Use and any integral part thereof at any time without notice. The owner will post the currently effective version of the Terms of Use so that visitors/users may be informed. Visitors/users are asked to check the content of these pages periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Website’s pages and/or services even after any changes have been made constitutes the visitor’s/user’s unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms of Use.

Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
Except for the expressly stated exceptions (copyrights of third parties, partners, and organizations), the Website contains content that is the intellectual property of the company with the distinctive name: “Olive Green Apartments,” which is also the administrator of the Website and is protected by the relevant provisions of Greek and European law, as well as by the relevant international conventions. This content includes, without limitation, text, images, drawings, graphics, videos, software applications, and services provided, as well as logos, trade names, trademarks, and distinctive features belonging to the administrator and/or to the persons mentioned on the Website as the owners of the relevant rights, all of which are protected in accordance with applicable industrial and intellectual property laws.
License Agreement
The owner encourages the private use of the Website’s content for personal information, as well as its use for informational purposes within the tourism industry. Use within the context of a business, service, or organization does not constitute private use. For the sole purpose of informing travelers on the island of Lesvos, the reproduction or storage of individual pages or data is permitted, provided that their source is clearly indicated as this Website and the names of the creators are cited (provided they appear on the Website), and provided that the relevant industrial and intellectual property rights are not infringed in any way. However, visitors/users should be aware that certain files or data may be the intellectual property of third parties (partner entities, organizations, companies, etc.), and may not be used without the permission of those third parties (which may be listed in the relevant notice on the Website).

Website Validity – Limitation of Liability.
The owner makes every effort to ensure that all content and information displayed on the Website is, to the extent possible, accurate, clear, correct, complete, up-to-date, and available; however, it does not guarantee that the pages, services, features, and content will be provided without interruption or errors, nor that any errors will be corrected. Furthermore, the owner does not guarantee that this website or any other affiliated website, or the servers through which they are made available to the visitor/user, are free of “viruses” or other harmful components. The owner does not guarantee, under any circumstances, the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the content, pages, services, or options, nor does it guarantee their results. These Terms of Use, as well as any amendments thereto, are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Greek law, European Union law, and the relevant international treaties. The courts of Athens, Greece, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.
2. Personal Data Protection Policy.
The website owner respects and is committed to protecting the personal data and privacy of every visitor/user of the Website. This Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter “the Policy”) sets forth the owner’s commitment in this regard and summarizes the data that the owner may collect or process, how such data is used, as well as information regarding the actions that a visitor/user of the Website may or must take regarding the processing of their personal information during their visit to the Website.

a. What data we collect.
Visitors/users of the Website may, in principle, browse the entire Website and its individual subpages without revealing their identity or providing any personal information. However, it is possible that, in order for a visitor/user to access or use certain areas or services of the Website, the visitor/user may be required to register to obtain a password and/or to provide and allow the collection and processing of personal data for specific purposes, as set forth in this Policy.
